Description:
Appraisal of land for the transfer of agricultural land according to § 10 paragraph 5 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll. as amended. Usual price determined in accordance with Act No. 151/1997 Coll., and Decree No. 441/2013 Coll., as amended. In justified cases where the usual price is not possible determine, assets and services are valued at market value, unless a special legal regulation provides otherwise. In doing so, all circumstances that have an impact on the market value are considered. The reasons for not determining the usual price must be stated in the valuation.
