- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of the reconstruction of the department. 22 OCHO on the 4th floor of building P, including other related modifications according to one -stage project documentation prepared by Energy Benefit Center a.s., KΕenovΓ‘ 438/3, 162 00 Prague 6, IΔO: 29029210 (hereinafter referred to as βproject documentationβ) and issued building permit no. MCBS/2023/0044090/LATR, consisting of architectural-construction, construction and fire safety modifications, as well System and evacuation radio. It also includes the implementation of an extension of the existing outdoor escape steel staircase and the supply and assembly of a new railing of the indoor staircase (1st PP to 4th floor).
