Description:
The nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or the indication of the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the dept. 22 OCHO on the 4th floor of building P, including other related modifications according to the one-stage project documentation prepared by the company Energy Benefit Center a.s., Křenová 438/3, 162 00 Prague 6, IČO: 29029210 (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation") and issued building permit no. MCBS/2023/0044090/LATR, consisting in the execution of architectural-building, structural and fire safety modifications, as well as in the execution of health-technical installation, heating and distribution of cold, high current, weak current, medical gas distribution, air conditioning, measurement and regulation, electronic fire alarm system and evacuation radio. It also includes the implementation of the extension of the existing outdoor escape steel staircase and the supply and installation of a new handrail for the interior staircase (1st Floor to 4th Floor).
