Description:
The subject of performance of the contract is to prepare a two -stage project documentation for authorization of the project, respectively. Building permit (hereinafter referred to as DSP) and documentation for construction (hereinafter referred to as DPS), including the preparation of a collective item inventory of construction work and a statement of the area and the award -winning account of the assessment, the technical state and the construction -technical survey after the need for the processing of the project documentation, ensuring the engineering activities , including the provision of a final building permit and provision of author's supervision in the implementation of work at the Investment project LO Plzeň - elevator “in the building at Radobyčická 1313/14, 301 00 Plzeň, parcel numbers 6330, in the cadastral territory of LV 60000, for the municipality of Plzeň. The implementation of the work will take place in accordance with the instructions of the client, according to generally binding legal regulations, ČSN, other standards and methodologies regulating project documentation, performance of engineering activities and provision of author's supervision of the designer.
