- The subject of the contract is to clear the immovable property for the needs of the contracting authority on the basis of orders issued by the contracting authority. The Contractor shall undertake the following activities: (a) clearing and similar work and other handling of residual things that accumulate in the clear -up work. The clearing work includes the separation of remaining things from the usable things according to the client's instructions and the evacuation of the remaining things from the immovable property; (b) acquiring photo documentation showing a number of truly evacuated remaining things; c) Further use of residual things in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, Decree No. 8/2021 Coll. at the time of performing clearing work. The contractor will be the originator of the waste, at the time of the separation of the remaining things representing waste from the further applicable goods. The public contract is divided into seven separate parts (part and up to part G). The contracting authority shall conclude a framework contract within each part of the public contract with selected participants, which will regulate the conditions concerning individual sub -contracts awarded for the period of its validity.
