• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the supply of one piece of capillary electrophoresis device enabling work in different separation modes connected to a mass spectrometer with a triple quadrupole type analyzer or an analyzer combining a quadrupole with a linear ion trap, which is equipped ion source enabling ionization using electrospray. The connection of capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry is realized through the interface without the need to modify the capillary from capillary electrophoresis and contains a source of auxiliary liquid. The device also includes an advanced module for editing samples containing a gradient pump, a thermostat and an injection system. The system is supplemented with backup voltage sources, a control unit and software for data management and evaluation.
  In addition to the delivery itself, the subject of the public contract is also installation, operator training and warranty service. Detailed technical the specification is given see Article 2, paragraph 2.2 of the tender documentation.
