- The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of professional technical background - project documentation for announcing the construction, or for the issuance of a building permit and documentation for the construction of "Jince, Old Barracks - service buildings - reconstruction" (object no. 003 = building no. 5 and object no. 008 = building no. 9, 11, 12 and 13) with the aim of the complete reconstruction of the affected buildings (due to their structural and technical condition) to ensure spaces for the gradual increase in the number of soldiers, the anticipated change in the organizational structure and the need to build work-residence zones in the functional standard of the Czech Army, and thus at the same time contribute to an attractiveservices in the Jince crew.
Furthermore, the VZ includes the provision of author supervision, the person of the OSH coordinator and the provision of technical supervision of the builder.
The detailed definition of the subject of the performance of the VZ is stated in Article 2 of the Contract and in Annex No. 1 of the Contract "Assignment - specification of the scope of construction".
