- The subject of this public order (according to the VZ) is the provision of services in return for the seizure of resources from the fund of cultural and social needs (according to the FKSP service) according to the law. 218/2000 Coll., on budget rules and on the amendment of some related laws (budget rules), in the form of later regulations. The essence of the subject of the contract is thus captured of user phones, electronic applications, payment cards, pre-charged credit for leisure activities and the establishment of various service providers, which the contracting authority will fully use through the subject of this VZ (according to the end, the service provider).
