- Purchase of toners for laser printers and ICT consumables. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate at any time without giving any reasons. The offered price must be including transport to the place of performance. For the reasons of existing guarantees, only toners recommended by the printer manufacturer, if the manufacturer offers a large-capacity filling for the printer, only this is demanded. Only suppliers who employ more than 50% of people with disabilities pursuant to a special legal regulation from the total number of supplier employees may participate in the tendering procedure. For each product offered, the name of the manufacturer and the PN product must be given. The failure to provide this information in VZ is a reason to exclude the competition.
