- The subject of the public contract is the delivery, installation and complete commissioning of gastrotechnology in the modernized catering operation of the regional hospital in Trutnov, specifically the operational section of the kitchen in the 2-storey catering building on plot no. 4892. The kitchen building is a free-standing building of Mrconnected by the neck to the object of delivery and consumption of food. The building has a rectangular floor plan with a service ramp for supplies. The proposed building has two floors, where the first floor is mainly used for storing raw materials and the second floor is the social facilities for workers and food preparation operations, the kitchen. The roof isflat with attic and elevator machine rooms. Currently, the building is equipped with bryozolite plaster and cabernet cladding on the perimeter structures. The modernization of the catering operation of the kitchen will be solved in a new way, where all construction modifications will be within the interior of the building, the architectural solution will be unchangedn. The layout of the 2nd floor kitchen will be modified according to the gastrotechnology proposal.
