Description:
The subject of the tendering procedure is the conclusion of the framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"), the proposal of which is Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation, for the implementation of building repairs and modifications of a larger scope within the apartments owned by the contracting authority. Building repairs and modifications are considered to be building Work whose realization price is at least CZK 100,000 without VAT. Building repairs and modifications, the implementation price of which does not reach the limit, are not subject to partial public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement, ie the contracting authority will be entered completely outside the framework agreement.
