- The subject of the public contract is the supply of optomechanics and optics according to the technical specification, which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and the technical specification, which is part of Annex No. 4 (according to the part of the public contract, Annex No. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 or 4.4) of the procurement documentation ( hereinafter referred to as Deliveries) and in souin accordance with the conditions specified in the Framework Agreement, the binding model of which for individual parts of the public contract is Annex No. 2.1, No. 2.2, No. 2.3 and No. 2.4 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the Framework Agreement).
