-Administration of the administration-optimization system for optimizing the operation of customers' energy equipment (hereinafter referred to as "Opti Tool) to build such a resource operation plan that will maximize business profit,
-Realization of the interface (integration) supplied by Opti Tool to the surrounding systems,
-The right to exercise the right to use the subject of the public contract, which is the copyright work within the meaning of Act No. 121/2000 Coll. Then just "License")
-To Opti Tool's
-Maintenance to SW2 for four years after the end of the productive operation preparation phase,
-Opti Tool service for six years after the end of the productive operation preparation,
-Insurance of the subsequent development of Opti Tool for six years after the end of the productive operation phase.
