Subject of Public Procurement
The subject of the work "Optimization of the track Odb. Berounka (including) - Karlštejn (including), 1.Etapa: Adjustment of the TZZ in the section Radotin - Dobřichovice" is:
a) Making project documentation for authorizing the construction of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the work to such an extent, In order to be discussed in proceedings on the authorization of the project, the final authorization of the project (building permit) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the opinion of the notified entity at the stage of the authorization of the project and the maintenance manual.
b) processing and submitting an application for issuing the authorization of the project according to the Building Act, including all required documents, which will result in the issue of the intention of the project.
c) Making project documentation for the construction of the track (PDPS) that elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction into details that specify the subject of the work taking into account specific products, supplied technologies, technological procedures and production conditions of the contractor, including conformity assessment or suitability for the use of an interoperability element or EC statement of verification by the notified entity.
d) Performance of the designer's supervisor when making PDPS and when carrying out the construction.
e) The construction of the construction according to the approved project documentation and the final authorization of the plan (building permit).
