- The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is
(a) the project plan according to the document of the MD "Rules of Preparation and Implementation of Transport Infrastructure Actions funded by the State Fund of Transport Infrastructure", ref.
b) Making the accompanying documentation to ZP,which will be processed according to the requirements of the ZTP. c) Making a proposal for construction (study) in the Melnik railway station, which will be processed to determine the new form of the station building. The agreed final variant of the design of the construction (study) will be completed in the next stages of the documentation. Without approval of the design of the building(study) cannot be continued to the next stages of the documentation. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the PCB. RangeThe Client reserves this performance as a change in the contract obligation in accordance with the provisions of Section 100 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contractor will only carry out the processing of the EIA documentation on the basis of the client in accordance with the conclusion of the relevant authority.
