- The subject of the contract is the processing of two separate documentation of buildings called "Optimization of the line section Česky Těšin (outside)-Albrechtice near Česky Těšin (including)" and "Optimization of the track section Albrechtice near Česky Těšin (outside)-Haviřov (outside)only "notification of EIA") of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On environmental impact assessment, as amended. The scope of this performance (Item No. 26 of Annex 4 SOD) is reserved by the Client as a change in the contract of contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100 (1) of the Public Procurement Act.
