Description:
The subject of the public contract is the modification of existing questionnaire forms for natural and legal persons (hereinafter referred to as "forms") so that they correspond to the eGovernment standard Design system gov.cz, are fully compatible with FormApps Server technology and take into account the amendment to Act No. 412/2005 Coll. ., oh ohof previously classified information and security eligibility, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Act"), after its approval. The specific requirements are listed in Appendix No. 1 ZD_Draft contract on modification of electronic forms_contractual offer, Appendix No. 2 ZD_Appendix No. 1 of the contract_ Modification specifications fforms and Appendix 3 ZD_Appendix No. 2 of the contract_ Analysis of the redesign of the forms.
