- The subject of the public contract "Optimization and electrification of the line Česke Velenice (outside) - Veseli nad Lužnici (outside)" is:
a) Making an update of the Project Intent according to the Directive of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic No. V 2/2012, Directive regulating procedures during the preparation of investment and of non-investment actions transport informationstructures, financed without the participation of the state budget, as amended, including annexes.
b) Creation of a construction proposal (study), which will be processed to determine the shape of the platform shelters, the concept of paved surfaces and the distribution of end elements. Agreed final version of the construction proposal (study)will be completed in the next stages of the documentation. Without the approval of the Construction Proposal (study), it is not possible to proceed to the next stages of documentation.obtain a valid planning permit according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, effective from 1 January 2024 (hereafter referred to as "NSZ"), including notification by an authorized person, ensuring the performance of the Author's supervision during the construction of the building and the activities of the OSH coordinator at work at the construction site in the preparation phase, including processingpreparation of the OSH plan at the construction site and the maintenance manual.
d) Processing and submission of an application for the issuance of a project permit according to the National Environmental Protection Agency, including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a project permit according to the National Environmental Protection Agency.
