- The subject of the public contract is the provision of the necessary operational support for security technologies that ensure the protection of the perimeter of the MHMP network. This is the provision of services according to the following Catalog Sheets (hereinafter referred to as "KL"): o Catalog sheet 01 - Helpdesk services and Service Desk oCatalogue sheet 02 - Incident resolution oCatalogue sheet 03 - Problem management oCatalog sheet 04 - Carrying out service interventions o Catalog sheet 05 - Consultation o Catalog sheet 06 - Monitoring and supervision service o Catalog sheet 07 - Safety maintenance o Catalog sheet 08 - Documentation management These Catalog Sheets will be provided for individual technologies, based on the activation of the Technology Sheet (hereinafter referred to as "TL") for the given unit. These are: oTL01 - External Firewall oTL02 - Internal Firewall oTL03 - Management of Firewalls oTL04 - Security of end devices oTL05 - Sandbox oTL06 - DDoS protection oTL07 - Balancer & Application Firewall oTL08 - External DNS and SSL certificate management oTL09 - Vulnerability Management oTL10 - Management Firewall MČ oTL11a - Firewall MČ P1 - P22 oTL11b - Firewall MČ P23 - P57 oTL12 - Remote access control For the operation of these systems, it is necessary to ensure their comprehensive management, which includes not only their correct configuration and integration links, but also supervisory, maintenance, preventive, mitigation and investigative activities.
