- The subject of this public contract is the contractor's obligation to perform for the contracting authority performance consisting in the provision of operational and service support (resolution of reported events, including interventions to ensure the security of the system for generating, issuing and managing unique identifiers - UI codes - for tobaccoproducts and economic entities involved in the system of traceability of tobacco products, in the sense of the requirements established by the European Union regulation) to the extent and according to the specification set out in Annexes No. 2 and 3 of the draft contract, which is Annex No. 1 of the ZD (hereinafter referred to as the "Draft Contract") , and within the flat price statedin Article V, Paragraph 1 of the Draft Agreement (hereafter collectively referred to as "Support Services").
The contracting authority is further authorized to request ad hoc services beyond the framework of the Support Services specified in paragraph 1 of this article and in Annexes No. 2 and 3 of the Draft Agreement, namely the following services:
- Development and modifications of the System
- Consultation
(hereinafter referred to as " Adhoc services"). The content of the Adhoc services is specified in more detail in Appendix No. 2 and 3 of the Draft Agreement.
Part of the supplier's performance according to the draft contract is:
- ensuring the operation of the helpdesk through the sw application, i.e. including securing the right to use the sw application in the number of 5 licenses, enabling the customer to enterof requirements for individual categories of services (hereinafter referred to as "Helpdesk");
