- The subject of the public contract is the operational support and development of the electronic system of the e-file service for the Usti Region (hereinafter referred to as e-file), the LITE e-file for the contribution organizations of the Usti Region (hereinafter referred to as the LITE e-file) and the ICZ DESA electronic file ( hereinafter referred to as ICZ DESA).
Items on offer withinof this public contract are further described in Annexes No. 1, 2 and 3 of the procurement documentation entitled "Functional and technical requirements" of the individual parts, which in their unchanged form form an annex to the binding sample contract for the performance of this public contract, which is Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter also only as"Agreement" or "Binding text of the Agreement").
The contracting authority is currently bound by contractual terms with the existing service provider, and the individual terms are listed in Annexes No. 1, 2 and 3 of the procurement documentation.
