Description:
The subject of the concession is to ensure the operation of the water management infrastructure (water supply and sewerage) owned by the city of Vizovice. The aim is to ensure a safe, smooth and efficient way of operating the water management infrastructure for a period of 2 years (from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027), in accordance with valid legislation, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water pipes and sewers for public use and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended. The water management infrastructure is the property of the city of Vizovice, which is specified in more detail in Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation. The subject such property of the water management infrastructure, to which the city of Vizovice acquires the right of ownership for the duration of the validity of the concession contract, will also become operational.
