Description: The subject of the contract is to conclude a contract for the operation of water supply and sewerage for public needs owned by the city of Lysá nad Labem (hereinafter referred to as “concession contracts” or “operating contracts”), ie contracts for operation within the meaning of Section 8 (2) of Act no. 274/2001 Coll., On water supply and sewerage systems for public needs and on amendments to certain acts (Act on Water and Sewerage), as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Zovak”) with the right to select aquatic and sewage -owned concessionaries within the meaning of Section 8 (8. 13 and 14 ZOVAK, whose subject will be lease of water supply and sewerage owned by Lysá nad Labem concessionaries and the obligation of the concessionaire to ensure proper operation of these assets within the meaning of the relevant provisions of ZOVAK.
