Description: The subject of the contract is to conclude a water supply and sewerage contract for public use in the ownership of Říčany (hereinafter referred to as "concession contracts" or "operational contracts"), ie contracts for operation within the meaning of Section 8 (2) of Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Water Supply and Sewers for Public Needs and Amendments to Certain Acts (Water Supply and Sewer Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Zovak"), with the law of the aqueous and centrifugal considering concessionaire within the meaning of Section 8 (13) and 14 zovak.
The concessionaire will pay the rent in accordance with Section 2332 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended. To ensure the operation of water supply and sewerage for public use, the contracting entity shall be forwarded to the winning participant, his right to the owner of the water supply and sewerage for the public need for the selection of water and sewerage from the customers.
