Description: The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a water supply and sewerage contract for public use owned by Říčany (hereinafter referred to as the Home "Concession contracts" or "operational contracts"), ie. Sewers for public use and about the change of certain laws (a water supply and sewerage law), as amended (hereinafter referred to here "Zovak"), with the law of the aqueous and centrifugal considerable concessionaire within the meaning of Section 8 (13) and 14 Zovak.
The concessionaire will be behind
Water management infrastructure of the contracting authority pay rent in accordance with Section 2332 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended the later regulations. To ensure the operation of water supply and sewerage for public use, the contracting entity shall be forwarded to the winning participant The right of the owner of the water supply and sewerage for public use to the choice of water and sewerage from the customers.
