- The subject of the contract is to provide services concerning the operation and support of integrated Inspis Information systems, modifications of these information systems based on a set of comprehensive requirements or framework extent. The implementation of modifications, creation ofUser, administrator and developer documentation, a license to allow further changes and the transfer of source codes in this way and changed systems concerned. For the needs of other specification, these are the following interconnected services:
a) Service 1 - Ensuring operation and upgrade (Maintenance) systems includingAll their components and modules
b) Service 2 - Ensuring user and administrator support of systems, including incident solutions via Insis Helpdesk and ensuring services support using call center with free calling
c) Service 3Service 4 - Ensuring the Insprise SEP
