- The subject of the contract is to provide services concerning the operation and support of integrated Inspis Information systems, modifications of these information systems based on a set of comprehensive requirements or framework extent. The implementation of modifications, creation ofUser, administrator and developer documentation, a license to allow further changes and the transfer of source codes in this way and changed systems concerned. For the needs of other specification, these are the following interconnected services:
a) Service 1 - Ensuring operation and upgrade (Maintenance) systems includingAll their components and modules
b) Service 2 - Ensuring user and administrator support of systems, including incident solutions via Insis Helpdesk and ensuring services support using call center with free calling
c) Service 3Service 4 - Ensuring the Insprise SEP
Operation, modifications and upgrading the Inspiscation Information System The subject of the contract is the provision of services concerning the operation and support of the Integrated Information Systems of the Insis family, modifications to these information systems based on the set of comprehensive requirementsor a framework range.
