Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to ensuring the operation and support of integrated information systems of the InspIS family, as well as modifications and extensions of these information systems based on a set of comprehensive requirements or framework. The subject of performance also includes the implementation of modifications and extensions, the creation of user, administrator and developer documentation, the transfer of a license enabling further changes and the transfer of source code of such affected and changed systems. For the purposes of further specification, these are collectively the following interconnected services: a) Service 1 - ensuring the operation and upgrade of systems, including all their components and modules, b) Service 2 - providing user and administrator support of systems, including the InspIS Helpdesk incident resolution service and providing services support through a call center with free calls, c) Service 3 - ensuring partial modifications and extensions of systems and their comprehensive implementation, d) Service 4 - providing comprehensive adjustments ... - Documents :
