Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure comprehensive support for operation and the necessary service development of the AGEND and Information System of the SEF CR (hereinafter referred to as the "AIS SFJP ČR", "IS" or "System").which presents the following in its summary:
a) hosting and operational support, which includes, in particular, ensuring the operation of the AIS SFŽP ČR (more detailed definition is given in Article 5 and Article 6 of Annex 1 ZD - the draft contract);(Closer definition is stated in Article 7 of Annex 1 ZD- Demonstration of Agreement);
c) System update and prophylaxis (more detailed definition is specified in Article 8 of Annex 1 ZD- Sign of Agreement).Infrastructure by the supplier on the basis of a concluded partial contract, ie the contracting authority confirmed by the contractor's offer preceded by the contracting authority's order. At the same time, if it turns out during the fulfillment of the subject of the Public Procurement as an essential design of the system optimization that ensures faster, more stableand safer operation of the system, this optimization will also be carried out within the services of the necessary service development of the system (the detailed definition is given in Article 9 of Annex 1 ZD - the draft contract).Annex ...
