- On the basis of previous procurement procedures, the contracting authority had the PKPOK information system built, which ensures and supports the business and technical services of the Contracting Authority: - content services of the Principal's public portals -services for the sale of products and services - management services reservations and capacities -participant and guide management services -services for generating documents, QR codes and managing templates - content editorial and publishing services -educational services for the Principal, partners and customers -client profile services -advanced B2B partner services and partner profile services - notification services and newsletters and campaign services - data storage and data reporting services - financial reporting - payment services - document and multimedia file management services - authentication and authorization services - services providing data to systems and partners - general workflow services -auditing services - monitoring services -knowledge management services -role management services and organizational structure - catalog services: oPOI oServices and products oEvents IS PKPOK integrates other systems and sources: -Integration of the economic system -My Prague (PoC for now) -Colosseum (reservations and tickets) A detailed description of the PKPOK system is provided in the System documentation, which is included in Annex A of the tender documentation.
