- The City of Prague (the sole shareholder of the contracting authority) was made by the Visitis Information System, which allows the dynamic management of sustainable tourism in accordance with the needs of the capital city of Prague. The Visitis system allows you to drive and distribute tourism both in place (recommending places) and in time(recommending a suitable time to visit). The operation of the system will result in the quality of tourism services provided to tourists and at the same time enable to disperse visitors to Prague by the city into peripherals and thus prevent the negative effects of mass tourism, which reduces the quality of life of the population, theirSafety and threatens the Genius loci of the Prague conservation area. The system draws data from the so -called data catalogs,or from other external data sources. The service allows administrators to add external data sources to enrich their own database, while providing mobile applications additional value.
