For the needs of COS (central operating rooms) Hospital Šumperk a.s. Pursuant to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex 4 ZD - Technical Specifications and under the conditions set out in other Annexes to this tender documentation, especially in Annex 5 ZD - Purchase Agreement.
In accordance with Section 35 of the Act, this public contract is divided into three (3) parts, and a separate offer must be processed and submitted for each individual part (each individual part of the public contract will be self -evaluated and assessed). A separate purchase contract will be concluded for each part of the public contract. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer to any number of parts of the public contract.
