- To create a part of the brewery area as a center of national brewing and one of the most attractive visitor places in the region. The National Brewery wants to direct its future pro-visitor development with a unique environmental solution with the aim of creating an exceptional symbiosis of public space/parkwhile maintaining the profitable commercial operation of the visitor center and the efficient production of the brewery. The client also emphasizes the search for optimal and economical solutions in relation to the chosen creative solution. The purpose of the Competition Workshop is to obtain quality architectural-urban-landscape masterplan for the development of the brewery area, which will become the basis for the gradual revitalization of today's purely technological operation into the center of the national brewing industry.
