- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with the selected Supplier for a period of 48 months. The agreement regulates the method of continuous ordering of vaccines in the Department of Health Facilities of the Ministry of the Interior. Fulfillment will be carried out according to the needs of the Principal. The customer is not obliged to take any specified quantityknows vaccines. The price of vaccines includes all other costs related to them and is unchanged; the exception is a reserved change to the agreement with the possibility of a price increase following the Consumer Price Growth Index (CPI) for the previous calendar year, which is published by the Czech Statistical Office. Details are subject to changeeny in the Framework Agreement.
