(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with the selected Supplier for a period of 48 months. The agreement regulates the method of continuous ordering of vaccines in the Department of Health Facilities of the Ministry of the Interior. Plinen will be carried out according to the needs of the Client. The sponsor is not obliged to collect any specified amount of vaccines. The price of vaccines includes all other costs related to them and is unchanged; an exception is a reserved change to the agreement with the possibility of a price increase following the consumer price growth index (ISC)for the previous calendar year, which is published by the Czech Statistical Office. The details are set out in the Framework Agreement.
