- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of security services in the contracting authority's facilities. The scope and method of performance of the services in question is specified in more detail in the directive Scope of activity of the security service, which is listed in Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation (the mentioned document is also an attachmenthou No. 1 of the binding draft of the framework contract for the provision of services). More detailed conditions for the performance of the subject of the performance are further determined in the binding draft of the framework contract for the provision of services, which is Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation.services in the specified maximum monthly range of 90 hours. For the avoidance of doubt, the contracting authority expressly states that these extraordinary services are considered part of the supplier's basic obligation and are not a reserved change of obligation in the sense of § 100 ZZVZ. The description of extraordinary services is given in the binding titlerhu of the framework contract for the provision of services.
