- The subject of the public contract is the execution of project works (PD) and engineering activities (IČ).
The subject of the performance of the work is the processing of project documentation for 22 sub-sections of the Ohře cycle path intended for construction, with a total length of 42.623 km.
The project documentation will be processed so that the work led to a decreaseation of the user's operating costs within the subsequent life cycle of the work, i.e. also for facility management activities - maintenance and repairs.
The contract is divided into 22 parts in accordance with § 35 and § 101 of the Act:
1. part Terezin Fences of the Terezin monument;
2. part Brňany Brozany;
3. part Doksane Pistons;
4. part Pistecky forest - Budyně nad Ohři;
5. part Kostelec nad Ohři - Poplze gardening;
6. part - gardens - Horka - Levousy;
7. part Křesin - Želevice, footbridge Koštice, Koštice Volenice;
8. part Kystra - Počedělice bridge;
9. part Počedělice bridge Obora;
10. part Louny near Měleckeho potoka;
11. part March Customs;
12. part Skupice Mradice;
13. part Strkovice Hradiště;
14. part Trnovany;
15. part Trnovany - Žatec branch to the village of Bezděkov;
16. part Husk;
17. part Vičice overflow;
18. part Vikletice Vadkovice;
19. part Vadkovice - Male Krhovice, Male Krhovice Poles;
20. part Polaky - Hořenice, Žatec Kadaň;
21. part Žatec Kadaň;
22. part Kadaň Boč,
while each participant in the procurement procedure can submit an offer for one, more or all parts of the contract and each part of the contract will be assessed and evaluated separately.
