- The subject of the public contract is the supply of office furniture and furniture for teaching rooms for the relevant workplace MU. The subject of this public contract is further specified in detail and will be further implemented under the business and technical conditions defined in the draft contract in the Annex and the tender documentation,which are an integral part of this tender documentation. The public contract is divided into parts. Parts of the public contract represent individual items - types of required performance listed in the document "Technical Specifications of Affairs and Item Budget", which forms Annex 1list = 1 separate part of the public contract). Item may have multiple sub -sub -submission - multiple different types of performance) The participant is entitled to submit their offer to one part (item) of this public contract or on multiple parts (items) of this public contract or all parts (items) of this publicthe order. The contract for each individual part of the VZ (item) will always be concluded with the participant whose offer will be selected on the basis of evaluation criteria as the most suitable for the relevant part of the VZ (item). It is assumed that each participant will always be concluded with a maximum of one contract. In the finalAs a result, a single participant can include multiple parts of vz (items), ie one participant can be a supplier of multiple parts of vz (items).
