Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new local road and engineering networks of technical infrastructure for the planned construction of family houses in the village of Ořechov, cadastral of Ořechov near Křižanov, according to the project documentation processed by the Vodohospodářáři company Atelier, s.r.o. The construction will be realized as one unit according to the contracting authority (investor). Fulfillment includes in particular: • construction of local roads including paved areas, parking spaces and traffic signs, • Building sewage can be built (gravitational sewers, pumping stations with discharge and wiring), • construction of rainwater sewer including street inserts and two infiltration objects, • building water lines and water connections, • building sewer connections, • building Public lighting, • design of water supply and cable lines, • implementation of the STL pipeline, • related earthworks, terrain adjustments, existing networks and putting the areas affected into its original state, • Geodetic focus of the actual Construction (DSPS) and cooperation in the occupancy permit procedure.
