Description: The subject of the contract is a CNC lathe with a counterspindle with spindle drive and a counterspindle with high power and high dynamics. The machine is equipped with direct measuring in the X and Y axis and a turret for clamping tools. The large range of movement of the Y axis enables high-quality milling operations. The lathe is complemented by an interface for a robotic station, an automatic door and an automatic rinsing of the collet for the possibility of its automatic operation, a measuring system for tool control and a control system with advanced functions compatible with PPS and ERP systems. The subject of the public contract is defined in detail by technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are part of the tender documentation.
