- - carrying out surveys and pre-demolition audit; - development of project documentation: "Nove Město na Moravě Hospital - Reconstruction of the hematology facility" within the scope of the standard project documentation for building permits and project documentation for implementation buildings. See Appendix No. 5 ZD for a detailed description. - development of a plan to ensure safety and health protection at work on the construction site in accordance with Act No. 309/2006Coll., which regulates other requirements for safety and health protection at work in labor law relations and on ensuring safety and health protection during activities or the provision of services outside labor relations (Act on Ensuring Other Conditions of Safety and Health Protection at Work), as amended, and Government Regulation No. 591/2006Coll., on further minimum requirements for safety and health protection when working on construction sites, as amended, and other activities resulting from the aforementioned legal regulations in the construction preparation phase; - ensuring the activities of the OSH coordinator in the construction preparation phase; - supervision of the designer during the construction period.
