- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the provision of activities related to the correct implementation of the Council Directive 91/676/EEC of 12 December 1991 on the protection of waters against nitrate pollution from agricultural sources (hereinafter referred to as the "directive") and the provision of investigations in agricultural practice for the purposes of monitoring the directivese, incl. evaluation of the obtained results.
The subject of the public contract and all business, payment and technical conditions are defined in the binding text of the draft contract contained in Appendix No. 2 of this procurement documentation. The execution of the public contract will take place in 2024-2025 and will start immediately afterconclusion of a public procurement contract between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The place of performance of the public contract is the Czech Republic.
