- Currently, land is built, at the site of the construction is the building of existing stables from the mid -1980s owned by the Czech Republic with jurisdiction to manage the contracting authority. This existing building is technically and morally survived and the contracting authority counts on its demolition. Part of the subject of the public contract is the overall removal of the building of the existing stables lying in the affected area. The shape solution of the proposed construction is based on the requirements of the contracting authority and at the same time it is largely defined by the operation for which the construction is intended. The main object of the stud farm is a rectangular ground plan with an inner yard surrounded by four tracts. The total dimensions of the states are 88.2 x 66.2 m, the dimensions of the inner yard are 62 x 39 m. The width of the individual tracts is the same and is 13.12 m. The roofs are oriented southeast and northwest. The shape of the individual wings of the building is defined by internal operation, ie housing horses in boxing or free stables.
