- At the moment, the land is built up, at the site of the construction there is an object of existing stables from the mid-80s of the 20th century, owned by the Czech Republic with the authority to manage the property. This existing building is technically and morally obsolete, and the client expects to demolish it. Part of the public subjectcontract is the total removal of the existing stables located in the affected area.
The design of the proposed building is based on the requirements of the client and is also largely defined by the operation for which the building is intended. The main building of the stud farm has a rectangular floor plan with an inner courtyard surrounded by itm by four tracts. The total dimensions of the building are 88.2 x 66.2 m, while the dimensions of the inner yard are 62 x 39 m. The width of the individual tracts is the same and is 13.12 m. the roofs are oriented in the southeast and northwest directions. Faceof the individual wings of the building is defined by the internal operation, i.e. the stables of horses in box or free stables. The entire building is single-storey with a uniform height of the ridge of the main roof of 8.1 m above the surrounding landscaped terrain, in places where there are ventilation skylights on the roof, the height of the ridge is8.7 m above ground. In the areas of the stables, delivery room and feed preparation rooms, the interior space is open up to the roof structure, only in the facilities for employees is the space lowered by the soffit.
