- The subject of the Competition is divided into a project and an idea part.
The subject of the project part of the Competition is the 1st stage of the plan, which is the new construction of the Secondary Medical School and the Higher Vocational School of Nursing with the extension of the teaching spaces of the Secondary Vocational School, including traffic services, outdoor pavedch, sports and unpaved areas and connection to technical infrastructure. The selected team of architect/general designer will subsequently process all project phases of the investment plan.bject with catering.
The addressed territory is located in the cadastral territory of Rochlice near Liberec and is defined in Annex P02 of the Competition Conditions.
The estimated investment costs for the construction of the 1st stage (project part of the competition) are CZK 630,000,000 without VAT (based on the price level of 3Q/2023 ).
