Description:
The subject of fulfillment is to ensure building modifications and landscaping consisting of building relaxation zones with barrier -free access in the premises of the building with the nursing service on May 5 in Milevsko. The construction includes a complete revitalization of the defined area in the form of construction of three functional parts divided into three stages:
1.Pergola and with retaining wall and access ramps - aluminum bioclimatic pergola (3 x 6 m), paved areas and sidewalks, support wall (2 m height), flower beds, future location of the container nest.
2. Vyday route and sidewalks - new access road and walking S -shaped sidewalk, planting new greenery, furniture, flowery beds.
3.atrium with pergola B and water fountain - second aluminum bioclimatic pergola (3 x 6 m, height 3 m), new retaining walls and sidewalks, planting flower beds, fountain installation as architectural landmarks.
Part It is also connected to technical infrastructure (water supply, rainwater, wiring), design of the necessary landscaping, establishing drainage and drainage systems, surface treatment and security of wheelchair access by sloping ramps with railing according to valid technical requirements.
