Description:
The subject of the awarded public contract is construction work related to the construction of a new exhibition of the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts in Zlin.

The building is divided into the following operating files:
 Demolition work
 Replacement of the tread layer of the floor
 High-current electrical installation
- adjustment of the main and nemergency lighting in the exhibition spaces
- addition of new socket distributions
- replacement of existing fluorescent tubes
- revision of el. Equipment
 Low-current wiring, replacement of electronic security signaling
- alarm security system
- structured cabling
- new surveillance videosytem
 Air-conditioning
- moving the steam generator of the air-conditioning unit
- modifying the pipes of the heating and cooling unit

Requirements for the scope of the subject of performance are specified in detail and bindingly in the tender documentation annex No. 1 - Business terms and conditions (Draft work contract) and in the annex procurement documententry No. 5 - Project documentation of the building including a list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions.
