- The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the complete construction of the work, consisting primarily of:
(a) building the Factory, as defined in Article 1.1 of the Sample Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Factory"), including all performance defined in particular in Article 2 and Article 3 Sample contract: (b) delivery of project documentation for constructionmanagement, Project documentation for building construction and Documentation of actual execution, as defined in Article 1.1 and Article 3.1 letter (f) Contract model, and other documentation listed in Appendix No. 5 of the contract model;
(c) provision and provision of other works and services (i.e. project services including architectonic services, engineering services, supplies, construction, cleaning, construction supervision, employee training, testing and related services), supplies of materials and equipment and supply of auxiliary construction materials for the purpose of procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and commissioning Productionny so that the Guaranteed Values defined in Annex 4 of the Contract Model are fulfilled; (d) granting a license to use intellectual property rights to the extent necessary for the proper and undisturbed use of the Factory throughout its lifetime.
