Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of gastrotechnology to the new building for the provision of social services with a special regime according to the technical specification submitted by the contracting authority and the provision of related services and supplies within the implementation of the DZR new building in Vrchlabi.Part of the subject of the public contract is in particular:
a) transport to the place of performance, assembly, installation, commissioning including verification of its functionality, performing all operational tests and prescribed tests according to the relevant legislation, verification of declared technical parameters;
b) Instruction ("Training")staff;
c) exposure to the training protocol, respectively. Instruction of the staff, and the protocol authorizing the subsequent instructions of the staff in the use of the subject of the Public Procurement for the designated user's staff;
d) signature of the handover protocol;Including spare parts supply;
f) Document supplies that are needed for the use of goods such as instructions for use/ maintenance in Czech (even in electronic form on CD/ DVD), respective certificates, attestations that are manufactured in accordance with applicable safety standards and ČSN, copyDeclaration statement (CE Declaration) and possibly other;
g) ecological disposal of packaging material in which the goods were delivered;
