- The subject of the public order is the design work following the completed study of the new construction of the youth center and school canteen at the Česky Krumlov Gymnasium prepared by the company Energy Benefit Center a.s., Křenova 438/3, Prague 6.
New construction of the youth center and school canteen with dimensions of 24 x 24 m with connectingthe bottleneck between the existing gymnasium building and the new building is designed as a passive building. The building will be located on a sloping plot, with a 1st floor layout as technical facilities (warehouses, changing rooms, social facilities, supplies) and 3 floors. A kitchen with facilities will be located on the ground floor, the 1st floor will be satto be used as a dining room with a capacity of 162 seats with a separate staircase and elevator for immobile people. The 2nd floor and the 3rd floor will be used for student accommodation. The roof of the building will be accessible by stairs and an elevator, where there will be a roof terrace, PV power plant, HVAC machine room and air/water heat pumps. The heating will be onsecured by air/water heat pumps, the existing gas boiler room of the gymnasium will serve as a bivalent heat source.
