- The subject of the contract will be the implementation of a new elementary school building. The construction will be defined in the procurement documentation in accordance with § 92, paragraph 1 of the Act, with project documentation for the implementation of the construction with a list of works.
The elementary school building will have a capacity of two school years (2 x 9 classes). The main entrance will be on the ground floorto the building, which will be followed by changing rooms. Furthermore, there will be a dining room and food preparation room on the ground floor. All primary classrooms are designed for the maximum permissible capacity (i.e. 30 pupils, i.e. 540 pupils in total). On the 1st floor there will be 6 general classrooms and a physics classroom (capacity 30 studentsat). On the second floor, there will be 10 general classrooms, a science and chemistry classroom (capacity 30 students) and a polytechnic classroom with two practice kitchens. The teachers' offices will be located on the 1st and 2nd floors. The school management section will be located in the southwestern part of the larger building on the 2nd floorground floor. This section consists of the director's office, the deputy director's office, the secretariat and the assembly room. A library will be located at the junction of the two buildings. The focus of the attic will be space for art education and music education. In addition, two general classrooms, two language classrooms and uČebna informatics.
Some parts of the construction will not be part of the public contract, although they are part of the documentation for the construction, especially furniture, gastro equipment, low-current installation equipment, athletics track, fencing, paved areas and landscaping.
